Carock_. • 3 yr. ago. The 99 series has 62 episodes, plus 30 episodes of OVAs (92 total episodes). Those OVA episodes were not dubbed in English. I'd recommend watching the subbed version. As for what's canon, there are a few non-canon episodes, but most of the non-canon content is some filler mixed into episodes. I recently started the 1999 version.
